Ordering Process
From choosing your planners to submitting your school’s materials, find the steps and dates you need for a smooth order.
Important Dates — 2027–2028
Choose your delivery week and plan backward from the material deadline. All dates below are in 2027.
Generic or 1-page handbook orders
Orders due by April 9, 2027.

Planners with a Custom Cover are available for delivery in June and August 16–27, 2027.

Submission Process
1. Prepare your materials
Review the instructions for your title page, handbook or Custom Cover, and choose the template that matches your planner size.
Guides & Instructions2. Save your PDFs
Title pages, handbooks and Custom Covers must be submitted as PDF files. Review your content and the submission checklist in Guides & Instructions before sending your files.
3. Submit by your deadline
When it’s time to submit your materials, email your PDF files to csr@firstclassplanners.ca by the deadline for your delivery week. Include your school name and school year in the subject line.
